Practical skills carries the heaviest weighting in this syllabus: 146 questions from 2023 and 2024 papers, worth anywhere from 3 to 20 marks, covering measuring a clay cube's mass on a rule, planning a mouthwash pH investigation, drawing a citrus slice to scale, and identifying an unknown metal from its reactions.
